Catholic Community Services (CCS) is a ministry of Catholic Charities of Philadelphia, dedicated to strengthening families and uniting communities across Northeast Philadelphia.
Our team of case managers, family advocates, and community liaisons walk alongside parents and caregivers every step of the way—offering guidance, resources, and hope when it’s needed most. We believe every child deserves to grow up surrounded by love, stability, and opportunity—and every family deserves the support to thrive together.

What We Do
Through programs like Case Management, Prevention & Intervention, and Community Engagement, CCS helps families access the tools and connections they need to overcome challenges. From reunifying children with their parents to empowering resource families and supporting neighborhood partnerships, our mission is simple: to keep families strong and communities connected.

CUA 4 Case Management and Prevention Services
Catholic Community Services operates as a community-based program of Catholic Charities of Philadelphia and serves as a Community Umbrella Agency designated by the Philadelphia Department of Human Services.
